With effect from October 1st, 2017, Franziska Schuth will be taking over management of VHPready Services GmbH. We are very pleased that Mrs. Schuth has accepted this position with us! Based on her more than 10 years professional experience in the energy sector, Mrs. Schuth will increasingly focus on the areas of business development, market strategies and integrated energy.
Franziska Schuth studied international economic law and has held various positions at Vattenfall since 2004. After working in the executive office and the corporate development, she – as a program and project manager – has actively influenced the business development of electro mobility from 2008 – 2014. In 2014 she changed to the expanding area wind energy and was initially responsible for internal governance and process development, most recently being responsible for the setup of cooperation projects and the acquisition of onshore wind projects in Germany.
Franziska Schuth: “I am looking forward to this new task and the related challenges. I am convinced that VHPready plays an important role in the transformation of the energy landscape towards decentralization and digitalization. Together with the members and partners of the Industry Alliance VHPready e.V. I would like to drive the further development of the standard and support the transformation.”
Thomas Luckenbach (Executive Chairman): “The various tasks involved in further developing and internationally establishing VHPready require a significant level of communication and integration capabilities, negotiation skills and entrepreneurial actions – in Mrs. Schuth we have engaged a highly committed and experienced expert for these tasks.”
Our cooperation with the previous management, Mr. Carsten Wenger, was terminated by a shareholders’ decision of July 18, 2017 and by unanimous approval of all members of the executive board of the Industry Alliance VHPready e.V. The appointment of Mr. Wenger as managing director is terminated with effect from September 15, 2017.
